Refund Policy

Site Wide Refund Policy

MarketingBum.com, Shilensky Enterprises, LLC, and Mark Shilensky offer a wide array of products and consulting services.  See sections below for specific refund policies.

Products

The standard refund policy for all of our products (including ebooks, training programs, online courses, and webinars) is 60 days from the date of purchase.  To request a refund, for one of these items, send an email to MarketingBum.Support [at] gmail [dot] com and include a copy of your receipt, the name and email address used to purchase the item, your date of purchase, and a contact phone number in case we have any questions.  Refund requests are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the request.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Seminars, Live Events, or Workshops

The standard refund policy for any seminars, live events, and workshops is 30 days from the date of purchase or within 3 business days of attending the seminar, live event, or workshop, whichever is later, unless the specific seminar, live event, or workshop has a specific refund policy on the registration page that differs from this.  The specific event policy will always supersede this policy.

Mastermind Groups

The standard refund policy for the MarketingBum Mastermind group is 90 days from the date of the payment, for the single annual payment option.  If you choose the monthly payment plan, you are eligible receive a refund of your initial payment if requested within 60 days of joining the group, after the initial period has expired, you are eligible for a refund of any monthly installments made in the past 30 days.

Marketing & Website Consulting

The standard refund policy for Marketing & Website Consulting is:

• You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel the agreement before any work has begun.
• Once work has begun on your project, you are entitled to a prorated refund for any work not done.
• For Website Consulting, once the contracted work is approved and handed over, no refunds will be issued.

For one-on-one consulting, once the contracted consulting has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
